Directions: (Do Not Defrost loaf) Cut loaf into ½" slices. Preheat oven to 4000. Prepare baking pan with vegetable spray or oil. Combine ½ cup Matzo Meal or ground nuts with 1 tsp. ground paprika plus ½ tsp. each of the following suggested seasonings: thyme, basil, tarragon, black pepper. Beat 1 egg adding 1 Tbsp. of water. Dip frozen fish slices into egg and then into seasoned Matzo Meal or ground nuts. Bake for 15 minutes in 4000 preheated oven. Turn over and continue baking until golden brown, or preheat oil in skillet and fry both sides. Serve chilled with mayonnaise, tartar sauce or sprinkle with lemon juice.
