Ingredients: Do not defrost. Prepare in 8 quart pot, 2 carrots Peeled and cut in helf, 2 onions peeled and Quarterd 2 quarts water, 1-2 tsp. salt, 1/2 tsp.pepper, 1-2 tbs. sugar (optional)
Directions: Bring to a boil, add frozen fish loaf with inner wrapping (remove plastic) and return to boil. Reduce heat to simmes, cook for 90 minutes covered. Refrigerate. Remove paper, slice and serve with carrot slices.
